YSRCP MLAs Brings Back Cash for Vote Case on Naidu

YSR Congress Mangalagiri MLA, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy filed a petition in ACB Court alleging that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu is being saved from the controversial Cash for Vote case and asked the court for re-investigation on the case according to Forensic report about Phone Conversation between Naidu and Nominated MLA, Stephenson.

The court instructed for the re-investigation and asked to complete it by September 29th. The counsel on the behalf of the YSR Congress MLA told the court that the investigation got slowed down so as to save the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Chandrababu Naidu from the case.

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy, a close-aide of Jagan Mohan Reddy is leading the farmers against the land acquisition in Amaravati. Ramakrishna Reddy also filed several cases on the behalf of farmers against the land pooling and land acquisition. This is the first time he got to corner Chandrababu or the government in courts.
