Why Is YSRCP Taking Anti-AP Stance on Polavaram?

Vijaya Sai Reddy asked the Center how Andhra Pradesh government is planning the concrete works of Polavaram Project without addressing the cases filed by Odisha and Chhattisgarh. He asked if there is any resolution in those as AP is starting the concrete works.

He also asked if Environmental issues and concerns were addressed in the new design that AP govt got approval recently. These are the questions which were to be asked by MPs of Odisha or Chhattisgarh but then the question is why Vijaya Sai Reddy, an Andhra MP is bothered about it? Is it not anti-AP stance? TDP supporters ask.
