Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram was released on January 12, during the Sankranthi festive weekend. Streaming giant Netflix bought the OTT rights of this movie.
According to the latest reports, Guntur Kaaram will have its OTT premiere on February 9, four weeks after its theatrical release. However, an official announcement is awaited regarding the same.

Meanwhile, we now hear that the makers are planning to add extra scenes in the OTT version. Apparently, the Kabaddi fight sequence and a mother sentiment song were deleted ahead of the theatrical release. Now, plans are being made to add these segments to the OTT version. Directed by Trivikram, Guntur Kaaram featured Sree Leela as the female lead.
