The Telangana High Court, after hearing both sides, has temporarily stayed the film’s release, and the final verdict is scheduled for January 22, as disclosed by the court. In the interim, the court extended its previous orders. Responding to concerns, the High Court formed a committee, comprising both petitioner and respondents, to watch the film and provide a report. Nara Lokesh has filed a petition opposing the film’s release, claiming an illegal censor board certificate and potential damage to Chandrababu’s image.

The Censor Board had earlier halted the film’s planned release on November 10, 2023, leaving fans uncertain about the fate of the movie. The final decision now rests with the court.
