The nomination process in Telangana commenced yesterday, with the Election Commission set to receive nominations until November 10. Telangana’s Chief Minister, K. Chandrashekar Rao, is scheduled to submit his nominations in Gajwel and Kamareddy on November 9.
KCR will formally file his nominations following a puja at the Venkateshwara Temple, located in the Konayapalli village of Siddipet district. It has been his tradition to perform this puja before submitting his nominations since 1985. On the same day, he will also actively participate in campaign meetings for the BRS (Bharat Rashtra Samithi) party.
The upcoming Telangana State Assembly Elections are slated for November 30, with the election results anticipated to be announced on December 3.
