Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister, DK Shivakumar, expressed confidence in the Congress party’s potential to secure victory in Telangana during an interview preceding the election counting. Shivakumar claimed that KCR is attempting to trap Congress candidates in the state.
“Several of our candidates have reported receiving calls from KCR himself, attempting to lure them. We believe there’s no necessity to relocate the victorious MLAs to other camps,” stated Shivakumar.
The election counting in Telangana is scheduled for tomorrow across 49 centers, commencing at 8 am. Most of the exit polls predicted Congress to be winner but we have to wait for 24 hours to know the real winner.
