Another lack of professionalism has gone viral on the internet. This time the incident is centered around a Swiggy Delivery agent.
A woman shared her grievance on X related to her ‘Vada Pav’ order that she did not recieve. According to her, the delivery person did not deliver the order and when asked about it, he said that he didn’t have enough time and that she was free to do whatever she could.
In the screenshot shared, the order is marked as delivered. If this incident is true then it shows the lack of professionalism by this delivery boy and raises serious concerns over Swiggy’s hiring process.
This is just one among many incident of unprofessional behaviour from delivery persons. But, several times customers have been caught making false accusations to get their money back. There is no confirmation whether the incident is true or not. But, if it’s true then Swiggy should look for a way to prevent such incidents from happening in future.
