In a recent report by real estate giant Anarock, Hyderabad, the city of pearls has shonen all cities and emerged as the top in India for its largest residential properties. Boasting an average apartment size of 2,300 square feet, it surpassed the 1,890 square feet area of Delhi-NCR by quite a margin, the second-largest area in terms of home size in the list.

The report further revealed despite Delhi-NCR experiencing the highest increase in residential property sizes in 2023, Hyderabad continued to be the flag bearer with its commitment towards providing comfortable and airy living spaces.

The chairman of Anarock Group, Anuj Puri, went on to highlight the key fact regarding buyers in Hyderabad have consistently sought larger homes, a trend that that is being keenly addresses by the developers.

A possible factor contributing to the trend can be the comparatively economic prices to nearby IT hubs like Bengaluru and Pune, which have a reputation of being expensive not just in India but throughout the globe.
Hyderabad didn’t just stop in the field of residential housing but also surpassed Bengaluru in new office space supply. The report spoke about a commendable feat of introducing nearly 14.94 million square feet of new office space during Financial Year 23.

This constituted 31% of the total share among the top seven cities. Bengaluru closely followed with 12.66 million square feet, while Delhi-NCR secured 8.82 million square feet.

The success of Hyderabad in providing spacious homes and leading in new office space supply has made it a city orchestrating the symphony of dreams and is going to stand as an able admiration for other parts of the nation, ultimately striving for an India which is better than ever before.
