The CEO asserted the company’s commitment to food standards and debunked the myth about their cheese, claiming it to be 100% pure.

The Maharashtra FDA raised concerns about a McDonald’s outlet using cheese substitutes, leading to the suspension of the Ahmednagar outlet’s license.

FDA claimed the company used cheese analogs, prompting McDonald’s to remove the term ‘cheese’ from product names. After submitting a compliance report, the license suspension was lifted.

There have been occasional controversies and criticisms regarding the ingredients used in fast food, including concerns about artificial additives and preservatives.
