A massive controversy has erupted after YouTuber Anvesh responded aggressively to recent comments made by actor Sivaji. Anvesh’s reaction videos, laced with extremely offensive language, have gone viral on X (formerly Twitter) over the past few days, triggering widespread outrage across social media and public forums.
Following the backlash, the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) filed a formal complaint against Anvesh at the Gopalapatnam Police Station in Visakhapatnam. According to the complaint, Anvesh crossed all acceptable limits while replying to Sivaji’s remarks on women’s clothing.
The VHP has alleged that Anvesh made obscene, insulting, and highly offensive statements targeting Hindu deities, sacred epics such as the Ramayana and Mahabharata, temple sculptures, and broader Indian cultural values. The complaint further claims that he spoke derogatorily about revered figures like Sita and Draupadi, used vulgar comparisons to describe women, and made disturbing references to sexual violence.
Additionally, the VHP accused Anvesh of making insulting remarks about Hindu and Muslim women’s dressing styles while praising Christian women in an indecent and provocative manner, alleging that such content was deliberately divisive and capable of disturbing social harmony.
The organization has demanded Anvesh’s immediate arrest, strict legal action under applicable Indian laws, and a complete ban on his YouTube channel “Na Anveshana.” Video clips of his statements were reportedly submitted as evidence, with the VHP warning that failure to act swiftly could lead to wider unrest. The group also stated that similar complaints would be filed across Telugu states if no prompt action is taken.
Public anger has continued to intensify online. Many users have condemned Anvesh’s remarks, unfollowed his accounts, and called for accountability. Reports indicate that his follower count has already begun to decline sharply. Old video clips attributed to Anvesh, containing highly disturbing claims, have also resurfaced and added fuel to the controversy.
Hindu organizations are now demanding that Anvesh, who is reportedly abroad, be brought back to India to face legal consequences. As the situation escalates, authorities are under pressure to examine the allegations and determine the appropriate course of action.
