India will begin their New Zealand tour with a five match T20I series on October 22. Shreyas Iyer will lead the Indian team, but the absence of Jasprit Bumrah could be a concern for Team India.
India have struggled with their bowling in recent matches, and the series in New Zealand will give the attack another test against a strong home side.
With New Zealand having aggressive batters such as Finn Allen, Tim Seifert and Glenn Phillips, India’s bowlers will need to maintain their line and length rather than rely only on pace.
