It is a fact that the tournament being held in India is out of the equation considering the conflict situation between India and Pakistan.

So, there are two possible options ahead of the BCCI here and they are holding the tournament in UAE or England.
The latest news is that England has announced the plan to host the tournament in their country. The news in circulation is that England Cricket Board has extended to host the remainder of the tournament in England.

This would be the first time the IPL could be shifted to England, if at all the BCCI and IPL governing body decides to shift the tournament to England.
England has fast and pacy pitches that can work brilliantly for the whole tournament. It will be a new experience to watch the IPL games in the English conditions as well.

This is going to be an interesting proposition for the IPL as a league but at the whole point, the BCCI might be reluctant to lose stadium revenue and afford other logistical issues of shifting the league to a different country.
