While other batsmen were showing a lot of intent to get quick run in the big finale, this poor performance from Kohli almost ended up costing the team. If Jitesh Sharma had not come out with such intent and scored the quick runs, things could have gone horribly wrong for RCB.

Had RCB ended up losing the game, the entire blame would have fallen on Kohli for his slow innings. But luckily, this did not happen as RCB ended up surviving by a slender margin of 6 runs.

Kohli is fully deserving of this champion experience, considering his remarkable efforts in the league for the last couple of decades. He is one of the all-time greats in the sport and deserves every bit of success that it has to give.

However, he only narrowly escaped a potentially situation last night with his slow innings. Even fans have been calling for more intent from Kohli while batting in big games.
