CSK’s crushing defeat against RCB in the nail-biter match at Chinnaswamy meant that the Super Kings fans had to swallow their pride and expectations of taking revenge for the previous games.
It seems like the CSK fans had given up even before the game had started. Many CSK fans could be spotted in RCB jerseys outside Chinnaswamy as if they were ashamed of their own team.

When asked, one person revealed that he doesn’t want to get booed and harassed by the Bengaluru crowd once the game ends, revealing his pre-existing bias towards Chennai losing the game.
CSK, who had arguably never lost a season this badly, have been facing continuous criticism from their fans to make sweeping changes in the franchise.
