While everyone was busy celebrating the win of RCB in Ahmedabad, very few people looked past the glamour to even notice the state of the opponent, PBKS, once the last ball of the IPL was bowled.
Many PBKS fans seem frustrated by the fact that their team’s struggles got blatantly ignored by the Kohli glamour even before the match ever began.
Several people online have accused the broadcasters of being completely one-sided towards RCB, repeatedly making it look like PBKS did not deserve their spot in the finals.
With all said and none, RCB fans have had a constant face in the form of Kohli who has always stood behind them and the franchise.
But PBKS fans, on the other hand, have got no such support as they have seen captains come and go with the trophy seemingly so close but yet so far each season.
While it’s fantastic that RCB were able to end their trophy drought, one must take a moment to appreciate the brilliant campaign led by PBKS this season to make it to the finals and give a strong fight to make the endgame worth all the wait.
