The Indian cricket team has been leading an invincible campaign in the ongoing T20 world cup. But the real deal will start only now as the stage is set for the commencement of the Super 8 stages.
India’s first match in the Super 8s will be against Afghanistan on the 20th of this month followed by a match against Bangladesh on the 22nd. The biggest game of the lot, which will be against Australia will be on the 24th of June.
Australia is the champion side of the tournament and if India can beat the Aussies on the 24th of June, it essentially means that the men in blue are untouchable in this ongoing tournament.
Also, Australia is the strongest team that India will face in this year’s World Cup so a win here will improve the morale of the side.
