Amaran starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi has emerged as a huge hit with 200 crore gross collections worldwide.
Amaran is doing incredible business at the box office in Tamil Nadu and also in the Telugu states, where it saw nearly double the earnings on its second Saturday compared to the day before.
On the second Saturday, Amaran collected Rs 11 crore in Tamil Nadu, following a strong Rs 5.5 crore on Friday.
By the end of its extended first week, the film had already earned Rs 89 crore in Tamil Nadu. Now, after ten days, its total collections in the state have crossed Rs 100 crore, reaching Rs 105.5 crore.
In Telugu, the film is also nearing the 30-crore gross mark.
Worldwide, Amaran has entered the Rs 200 crore club. Now Sivakarthikeyan is the youngest Tamil actor to reach this milestone.
With over Rs 100 crore from Tamil Nadu and another Rs 100 crore from other regions and overseas, Amaran is Sivakarthikeyan’s biggest box-office blockbuster.
