Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2: Santhanam’s Deleted Role Viral

Ever since Rajinikanth’s most anticipated sequel Jailer 2 directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, was released in theatres, social media has been flooded with lots of discussions and reviews of the film.

While a controversy already arose on the first day itself that superstar Mohanlal‘s crucial sequences in the film were chopped by the makers to keep the runtime under 2 hours and 45 minutes, a strong theory is now going viral that comedian Santhanam was also part of this film and his entire portion was removed.

According to the theory, Santhanam acted as the event organizer of Mithun Chakraborty’s birthday party and helped Rajinikanth bring heavy explosives into the party by cheating the Goa cops.

Reportedly, his portions were shot for around 10 days. However, his scenes were completely trimmed from the film due to duration constraints.

Consequently, many fans on social media are asking the makers to release the uncut version of Jailer 2 on OTT. They feel that many interesting sequences have been removed from the film due to duration constraints.

Hence, they suggest that the makers should release the uncut version of the film on OTT or upload all the deleted scenes as a series on YouTube.

Even though the makers of Jailer 2 have not confirmed that actor Santhanam was part of the film, based just on a leaked image from the sets of Jailer 2, a theory about Santhanam’s character in the film is going viral.
