Now, Lokesh Kanagaraj has confirmed that he is indeed making his acting debut in Arun Matheswaran’s next film. For this role, he is currently undergoing weight loss and growing a beard for the character’s look.
Furthermore, he mentioned that Arun Matheswaran was initially committed to directing Ilaiyaraaja’s biopic with Dhanush, but due to some reasons, that project is being postponed, which is why Matheswaran is now planning to direct this film.
At the same time, Kanagaraj also has an eight-month gap before starting the shooting of Kaithi 2, so the filming of his debut movie as an actor is planned to be completed within this period.
