Thalapathy Vijay’s Jana Nayagan, directed by H. Vinoth, is a much-anticipated project in Tamil as it marks his final film before entering politics. The film’s shoot is progressing at a rapid pace, and the hype around it is immense.
Recently, the makers announced Pooja Hegde as the female lead, but fresh reports suggest that another heroine might be joining the cast.

The buzz is that Shruti Haasan is being considered for a crucial role alongside
Vijay. If confirmed, this will be their second collaboration after 2015’s Puli, where she played his wife. However, Puli was a box office disaster. Vijays Beast with Pooja Hegde was also a disaster.

So, two disaster heroines are teaming up with Vijay once again. However, the news regarding Shruti Haasan isn’t officially confirmed yet.
The film, reportedly a political drama, also features Bobby Deol and Priyamani in key roles.
