
Pradeep Ranganathan’s Dragon, directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, was released in theatres on February 21st and has received overwhelmingly positive responses from audiences, creating a rampage at the box office.
Yesterday, AGS Productions, the makers of Dragon, officially announced that the film has crossed the 100 crore mark in worldwide box office collections.

By achieving this feat in just 10 days, Dragon marks Pradeep Ranganathan’s second 100-crore grosser as an actor after Love Today. The film has collected 50 crores at the Tamil Nadu box office and has also surpassed the $1 million mark in North America.
Notably, even established tier-2 stars have struggled to reach these milestones, but Pradeep Ranganathan has achieved it effortlessly within 10 days.

With Dragon’s box office success, Pradeep Ranganathan has cemented his position as a rising star in Kollywood. Many box office analysts believe he has now officially entered the tier-2 league with two back-to-back 100-crore grossers.
The film continues to hold strong in its third week, and with no major Kollywood releases in the coming weeks, all eyes are on whether Dragon can reach the 150-crore mark soon.
