Following the blockbuster success of Amaran, Sivakarthikeyan is now acting as the lead in two projects: Parasakthi, directed by Sudha Kongara, and Madharasi, directed by AR Murugadoss.
Now, there is strong speculation that director Karthik Subbaraj has narrated a script to Sivakarthikeyan. After the narration, Sivakarthikeyan has reportedly given the green light, and the project is likely to happen once he completes his earlier commitments.

Following this, some people on social media commented that it would be a fresh collaboration if it happens, as Karthik Subbaraj is known for his gangster action dramas, and Sivakarthikeyan in Subbaraj’s world would be a treat for audiences.
At the same time, some trackers responded that Sivakarthikeyan should avoid directors like Karthik Subbaraj, as his movies only work for a certain segment of the audience, and not all viewers connect with his films. This may affect Sivakarthikeyan’s superstar aspirations.

Also, Sivakarthikeyan should wait until the release of Retro, and if it receives a positive response from the audience, he should work with Karthik Subbaraj; otherwise, he should not be swayed by social media hype.
