Following the terrible disaster of Thug Life, reports indicate that Silambarasan TR is now acting as the lead in an untitled movie directed by Vetrimaaran and recently, a leaked image from the sets of this movie went viral on social media.
In this scenario, now, there is strong speculation that Silambarasan TR and Venkat Prabhu are going to reunite for the sequel to the blockbuster movie Maanaadu. The shooting for this project is expected to begin once both of them complete their earlier commitments.

Following this buzz, Silambarasan TR fans started celebrating, and responding on social media that if it happens, it’s going to be a sure-shot blockbuster, as Maanaadu was a career-breakthrough movie for Silambarasan TR.
In contrast, some netizens feel that Venkat Prabhu is now not in form, and even his last movie, Vijay’s The Greatest Of All Time, felt mediocre and outdated. In this situation, they believe he should not make Maanaadu 2 and ruin the legacy of Maanaadu.
