Canada’s Helping Hand Towards Gaza !

Things are not getting any better any time soon in Gaza, as Rafah is burning and things are getting worse with time.

At this tumultuous time Canada is helping Canadian people who are stuck in the war zone of Gaza by allowing 5,000 visas for the Gaza residents under a special program.

According to Immigration Minister Marc Miller, this will help the people of Gaza a little bit, and some lives can be saved by this act, he said , “ While movement out of Gaza is not currently possible, the situation may change at any time. With this cap increase, we will be ready to help more people as the situation evolves.”

That figure is increased from the 1,000 to 5,000 temporary resident visas allotted under a special program.

Minister also added that leaving Gaza is a very hectic process now as it requires permission from Israel.

45 people were killed in a tent camp in the Gaza city of Rafah, by an airstrike.

Canada has been sharing the names of Gaza residents who have passed preliminary screening to local authorities to secure their exit.
