This year hasn’t been great for Indian students in the USA. A large number of them have lost their lives because of various reasons which include targeted attacks. An Indian girl who went missing a few days back has been finally found and it has relieved the whole community.
The Indian student from Hyderabad went missing on the 28th of May. She was last seen in Los Angeles, California. The chief of police, shared the information on social media informing that the 23 year old has been found safe.
No further information has been shared by the department and it is not known when and where she was found. The girl was a student of California State University and a missing report was filed for her on the 30th of May, two days after her disappearance.
She is not the first Indian student who went missing in the US this year. There was a case earlier as well in which the boy was later found dead. Authorities have largely failed to address the issue of security for the Indian students.
