Carry Minati has returned after a long hiatus and teased his return for quite a long time. But as the anticipated video has been released on social media, fans’ expectations have landed in thick waters.
The video is titled Koffee with Jalan and takes a dig at Karan Johar but fans have a really serious issue with the type of content he has recently delivered to them. It has the same repetitive jokes that many are sick of, Carry Minati holds the persona of Karan Johar but there’s nothing new in the caricature and people feel that they are already bored.
Many pointed out that there was an era when vloggers like Carry Minati, Ashish Chanchalani and Bhuvan Bham amongst many others used to be relevant. But now they seem to be very irrelevant and can’t keep up with the times.
Carry Minati’s criticism has turned into a trolling session for him, he used to troll others at the peak of his career but now has himself become the target of the same jokes. Many feel that he is still catering to the generation of 14 year olds who used to follow him at one point but they all have grown old and he can’t seem to keep up.
He is being called out for being super unfunny and boring. Maybe it will give him a push to redirect his state of content.
