People are having quite a rough time with the various sports events on OTT in India. Indian sports streaming is failing to satisfy users and people have very few places of trust to fall back to.
But Netflix is one of the most trusted OTT brands in India and it always tries to take care of what the subscribers are needing.

But recently, it looks like Netflix too is having to compromise its video quality now. The 199 rupees plan supports a 720p video quality but for the WWE matches, the platform is allowing only 240p videos. A user has taken it to social media to complain about the issue.
Hii @NetflixIndia @netflix Please resolve this issue, have tried it on multiple devices including motorola edge 40 , Mac, Windows Laptop, OLED LG C4 55' but the issue still exists. The quality is horrible equivalent to 240P / 360P . Please Help

This is frustrating for fans because WWE is such a huge event with a large fan following in India and they deserve a smooth and swift streaming experience of the matches.
WWE was streaming on SonyLIV for quite some time and people were not satisfied with the service the platform was providing. There were too many ads and glitches on SonyLIV that obstructed a smooth viewing. People were excited when the show came to Netflix.

Now Netflix will also have to take care of these issues so that it does not happen again. WWE is a big emotional event for Indian fans and there the platform should avail the highest quality for the pleasure of fans.
