Avatar: The Last Airbender, which centres on the tale of Aang’s transformation into the Avatar, has been renewed by Netflix for a further two seasons. With 41.1 million views in its first 11 days, the anime-inspired real-life characters series on Netflix debuted on February 22 and is expected to rank among the top 10 most-watched content on the platform within three months.
The animated series, which adapted three books over three seasons to tell Aang’s narrative and debuted on Nickelodeon in 2005 before becoming viral on Netflix in the early stages of the epidemic, will be replicated in its three-season run.
The Earth Kingdom, Fire Nation, Water Tribes, and Air Nomads all live alongside the formidable figure known as Avatar, the Last Airbender. The Fire Nation devastated the formerly peaceful Air Nomads.
