Kiran Abbavaram’s latest action thriller, KA, hit theaters on October 31. The film has been receiving a positive response from the audience and has emerged as a major success for Kiran Abbavaram after a string of flops.
The OTT rights for KA have been secured by ETV WIN for a reported price of 10 crores, which is huge for a film of this budget and scale.
ETV WIN’s official Twitter/X handle has confirmed through a post that KA will be available for streaming soon in November.
Reports suggest that KA will start streaming on OTT by the end of November, most likely on November 27 or 28. This provides a four-week window between the theatrical and OTT release.
The box office performance of the film has slowed considerably after the first weekend, though it is expected to pick up again in the second weekend.
According to inside reports, the digital platform agreed to pay a high price for KA to ensure it could stream within 3-4 weeks of its theatrical release.
KA is an immersive mystery thriller that is anticipated to perform well on OTT as well.
