Netflix has been trying to offer more and more to its subscribers in order to make sure they feel it’s worth the subscription fees. One of the ventures the company is experimenting with is the gaming business. It has already started providing gaming services to all the users for no extra charge and without any ads. Although the games have been available on Netflix for a few months now, they haven’t been able to create the kind of hype that the company would have wanted.
All this could possibly change as Netflix is going to expand its gaming library by adding few of the most famous games of all time. The company has struck a deal with Rockport Games and from this December, you’ll be able to enjoy three of the famous Grand Theft Auto games on your device for no extra charge.
The games will include GTA III, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas. These are undoubtedly one of the most famous games of all time and their revival on a platform like Netflix could be a big thing for the streaming company.
Rockport Games have recently announced their upcoming game GTA 6 which is speculated to offer an experience never seen before. The deal with Netflix can also work as a promotional deal which ultimately benefits both the companies.
