OTT Audience Disappointed with Prime’s Aashram?

The part 2 of Aashram’s third season is out now and people do not seem to be very satisfied with the show. There are five episodes for a total of three hours and it looks like it is the same old story without anything new.

The first part of the third season came out almost three years ago and it makes no sense that they took this long but came out with this plot.

Bobby Deol’s performance was not as convincing as the previous seasons and his character did not seem to have much complexity here. Also, fans have now seen him in a new avatar with films like Animal and Kanguva and Aashram is probably not doing him justice.

Fans think the story could have been more compact, crystallized and suspenseful. But there was almost no thrill element and this comes as an utter disappointment from Prime Video.

There is not much sense in carrying forward the story if it goes on like this. Prime should consider reviewing the writing team and come up with some thrilling and innovative ideas if they want to make up for it.
