TVF’s Sixer is back with Season 2, streaming on Amazon MX Player. Directed by Divyanshu Malhotra, the series continues its mix of cricket, humour, and even horror, making it one of TVF’s most unusual yet relatable projects.
The cast features Shivankit Singh Parihar, Badri Chavan, Rahul Tewari, Karishma Singh, Vaibhav Shukla, and Brij Bhushan Shukla. Their natural performances keep the story authentic, helping viewers connect with the characters as they navigate cricket dreams and personal struggles.
Like the first season released in 2022, Season 2 captures the grassroots cricket journey in true TVF style. The cinematography stands out, reflecting both the mood of the scenes and the emotions of the players. It balances coming-of-age storytelling with moments of humour and suspense.
Fans note that the impact of Season 2 is stronger if you’ve already watched Season 1. With its unique blend of genres, Sixer Season 2 shows TVF’s ability to bring fresh and engaging stories to the web series space.
