People are frustrated with the streaming experience with SonyLIV and its ads and glitches. In spite of extraordinarily well crafted original shows, the platform is still failing to make a good name for these.
Now users are complaining about a bug that is disturbing the viewing for them. People have taken it to social media to inform the platform about the issue.
Whenever an ad comes in between a sports event or a series, the volume suddenly increases a lot. The sound for the advertisements is much more than the contents and it is a huge problem for viewers.
The platform should take care of these problems otherwise the trivial things would make a big deal and the users would not be very comfortable with SonyLIV.
Already people are losing hope with the platform and despite the good content, people want to shift to other platforms because they are now too frustrated.
