As OTT giants continue to provide seamless entertainment to the users, it seems many of these services are also filled with a lot of blunders and errors.
A similar case was recently seen with ZEE5, where a user took a monthly subscription to the OTT service but, despite the money being debited from their bank account, they were unable to access the subscribed services.
Taking his query to social media, the user stated that the customer service of ZEE5 was also underwhelming, as they didn’t provide any help.
After obtaining all the payment details, including the transaction ID, the service team promised to contact the user within a 24-hour time limit but failed to do so, even after 36 hours of waiting.
The user further stated that after frequently contacting the team, they continued to delay the request and never attempted to resolve the error.
As of now, the user is still not able to access the services, and the customer service team is also ignoring the complaints made by the user.
As ZEE5 is one of the most prominent platforms for digital streaming, it remains to be seen if the customer service tries to fix the issue or not.
