Dharma Productions provided all the strength behind the film, creating maximum hype and critics acclaim, emphasizing Akshay’s growing up as an actor.
But despite his improving performances and recapturing of fans, box office success remains elusive for him. The challenge now comes ahead of Akshay in regaining his superstar status with superhits and box office hits.
Looking ahead, all eyes are on Housefull 5, which will release in June 2025. This ridiculous, tacky murder mystery aboard a ship guarantees chuckles and entertainment.
If it succeeds commercially, it will cement Akshay Kumar’s comeback—as an artist, obviously, but as a complete box office legend once more.
