Shah Rukh Khan made 2023 his year by dropping three blockbusters back to back with Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. The King of Bollywood made his much-awaited return with a string of flops before headlining box-office collections worldwide.
As fans await his next project and are eager to see him on the big screens again, SRK will be roaring back like a lion in Mufasa: The Lion King voicing Mufasa in the Hindi dub of the film.

This won’t be the first time Shah Rukh will be voicing the animal character as he also dubbed the character of Mufasa back in 2019’s The Lion King. Being Mufasa, SRK dropped a thrilling video package to hype his appearance.
Sharing his connection with the character, SRK narrated the story of Mufasa becoming one of the deadliest and greatest kings of all time. As for his biopic, the enthralling journey of Mufasa aims to be similar to that of SRK’s journey in Bollywood.

The similarities between the stories of Mufasa and SRK is quite interesting. Given the overall plot and story, many fans also thought that the film is Shah Rukh’s biopic. Reflecting upon the similarities, King Khan looked eager to showcase Mufasa’s tale in cinemas.
The film, directed by Barry Jenkins is releasing on December 20th in cinemas in four different languages including English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
