A source revealed that Hrithik went all out during rehearsals for the intense dance number and ended up with a niggle in his leg that became quite uncomfortable. After consulting doctors, he was advised to take a break before resuming work on the song.
With this delay, NTR might have to reshuffle his dates. He is preparing to join Prashanth Neel’s next film, but this unexpected development could pull him back to War 2’s sets.

The idea of a dance showdown between Hrithik and Jr NTR came from producer Aditya Chopra, who wanted to showcase their exceptional dancing abilities.
