As Gopichand Malineni looks to start shooting for a Telugu action film with Nandamuri Balakrishna by June, he stated that Jaat 2 might go on floors in 2026.

Given the performance of the first part, it is very risky to make a sequel for the film as fans won’t buy it the second time after having an underwhelming response for the first part.

Jaat has collected over 60 crores in 8 days and as things stand, the 100 crore mark for the film seems impossible.

Only time will tell if the sequel will be able to deliver and attract more viewers or whether it will be another mediocre film for Sunny Deol.
