Rashmika Mandanna and Ayushman Khurrana starrer Thama was supposed to clash with Kartik Aryan and Sreeleela’s musical-romance on Diwali 2025. The Kartik Aryan starrer is likely to be called Aashiqui 3 but there is some copyright issue going on, and it is being reported that it will not be releasing this Diwali.
This means that Rashmika is all set to star in the first Vampire movie of Maddock Films’ Horror-Comedy Universe. The fact that the film will be unrivaled in a crowd pulling season like Diwali means that it might earn 500 crore or more.
If the makers are able to create significant buzz, Rashmika’s big screen magic will continue to rule. With back to back blockbuster releases Animal, Pushpa 2, and Chhaava she has made a mark for herself.
Though Salman Khan starrer Sikandar was a flop no one could blame it on Rashmika who did well but the film was destined to face a downfall from the beginning. Thama offers great entertainment for the horror-comedy universe lovers and it is supposed to carry the grand narrative of the universe forward.
