Megastar’s Second Attempt At BB2 Record

Bollywood is having a terrific run at the box office, and its distributors are beaming with joy. 2018 has seen one of the most successful first halves of the year, in years. And the biggest movies are yet to arrive.

Race 3 and Sanju are going to cap off the first half of 2018. Among the two, Race 3 starring Salman Khan is the biggie that everyone expects to shatter opening records. The question on everyone’s mind is will the Megastar of Bollywood better the opening day record of Baahubali 2 with an Eid holiday? He had failed to beat BB2 with his last release Tiger Zinda Hai.

It will be embarrassing for Salman Khan, for sure, if he is not able to create a record with a holiday as well as the 3D release that allows for a hike in ticket prices. The advance bookings of the action entertainer are now open. Race 3 directed by Remo D’Souza is hitting screens in a record number of theatres on June 15th.
