Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja have always been known for speaking openly about their marriage. Recently, their candid comments on extramarital affairs have shocked social media.
In a new interview, Sunita Ahuja once again criticised Govinda over his alleged affairs. She spoke bluntly about their personal life and claimed that aspiring actresses often try to trap established stars.
Sunita accused the 63 year old actor of wanting to play a “sugar daddy” to struggling modern girls. She said this behaviour has a direct emotional impact on their children, Tina and Yashvardhan.
According to her, Govinda’s actions deeply disturb their children. She added that such conduct is inappropriate for someone of his age, especially a man with a wife and two children at home.
Sunita also spoke about what she believes is a growing trend in the film industry. She alleged that many aspiring actresses look for financial security through relationships rather than talent.
She further claimed that actresses she feels lack appeal try to attach themselves to senior actors like Govinda. According to her, this is done to gain money and move up the industry ladder.
However, Sunita made it clear that she holds Govinda equally responsible. She said such behaviour might have been understandable in his youth but is unacceptable now, given his age and family responsibilities.
Govinda has strongly denied all the allegations. In response, he stated that these claims are attempts to drag his family into a larger conspiracy against him.
The couple has been married for over three decades. Yet, frequent public statements from both sides continue to shock fans and keep gossip circles active.
Some fans believe Sunita is exaggerating the claims to create an identity of her own. Others have raised questions about Govinda’s conduct. Either way, the controversy has once again put the spotlight firmly on the couple.
