Martin Scorsese is gearing up for the Frank Sinatra biopic, after the making of his film about Jesus , he is planning on making Sinatra’s biopic.
He wants Leonardo DiCaprio in the leading role alongside Jennifer Lawrence, who will be doing Sinatra’s second wife Ava Gardner character.
Recently the duo reunited in the movie “Killers of the Flower Moon”. This movie is going to be DiCaprio and Scorsese’s seventh film together.
According to the sources, 49 years old DiCaprio is going to play the role of the late iconic singer actor Frank Sinatra, and Lawrence is going to play the role of Sinatra’s second wife Ava.
Before this movie Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence worked together in the movie “Don’t Look Up”.
Frank Sinatra is a very well known 20s icon. He starred in movies like “The Manchurian Candidate”, DiCaprio is known for his challenging roles, starting from “Titanic” to “Wolf of Wall Street” his range of roles are very diverse, so there is no doubt that is totally going to excel the role.
It is also reported that Scorsese is looking to cast Andrew Garfield and Miles Teller in his movie about Jesus. But, nothing is certain up until now.
In an interview he mentioned that he is going to make a move based on the late Japanese author Shūsaku Endō’s novel “A Life of Jesus”.
Rumours are still roaming because of the uncertainty both of these movies are having, but we can only hope that things will be clear very soon.
