India, the land of movies, has yet again launched a new year with various movies in various languages. But this time, no film industries came out surrounded by bursting crackers. Bollywood hasn’t impressed its viewers with anything amazing and the same happened with Tollywood, while Kollywood seem to have just avoided that state but still, has not produced any masterpiece.
It has been almost two months this year and Tollywood has failed to give its fans a blockbuster. The year begun big with Prince Mahesh Babu’s psychological thriller ‘Nenokkadine’ but that couldn’t reach heights. Later, Ram Charan’s ‘Yevadu’ added to the disappointment. Comedy genre movie, ‘Pandavulu Pandavulu Thumedha’ with Mohan Babu and his children in lead roles also failed to have an impact on the screen and Nani’s ‘Paisa’ followed.
With two months already gone and no blockbusters, the fans are waiting for that one movie which will break this chain and give Tollywood a reason to pull their collars up, this year. Which movie will break this and keep the ticket counters ringing? Any clue?
