Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar is badly in need of commercial success. All of his recent films have turned out to be disasters at the box office. So the stakes are high on his next film, OMG 2 which is the sequel for blockbuster OMG.
OMG is set for release on the 11th of August and the film has wrapped up the customary censor formalities now.
As per the latest updates, the censor board enforced not one or two but as many as 27 changes to the finally copy of OMG 2 which is a pretty significant number.
Usually, commercial films featuring superstars come with clean entertainment and there wont be too many cuts and changes from the cesor board. But that is evidently not the case with Akshay’s OMG 2 as it was suggested 27 changes.
A handful of these changes are related to Hindu gods and related imagery, which is a given, considering the fact that OMG 2 is essentially a conflict between man and god, much like the first part.
