Luck comes in strange packages when things align. The same has happened with Abhishek Agarwal as he the producer who is most benefited from the postponement of Salaar.
Firstly, his production venture, Vaccine War which was supposed to release in competition with Salaar on 28 September will now get a solo release. The solo release will greatly help the film in the North belt, which otherwise could’ve taken a beating due to Salaar’s mass apeal.
And then, there is the case of Tiger Nageswara Rao which was supposed to release amidst tight competition along with other films this Dasara season. But now, it can lock the 29 September slot which is great date for a solo release, given the long weekend holidays.
All in all, things have lined up perfectly for Abhishek as he will get a wide solo release for Vaccine War in the north belt, and then get a great solo release date for Tiger. If there is one man that could be largely benefited from Salaar’s postponement, it has to be Abhishek Agarwal.
