Actor Toes Fractured While Fighting for Rajinikanth

Director Pa Ranjith is busy shooting for the Chennai schedule of Rajinikanth’s Kaala’ on the outskirts of the city in a private studio. He had to stall the shooting of the movie when an accident injured the toes of actor Aruldoss (not the guy in above image) in a fight with Rajini.

A jeep ran over the toes of the above-said actor and his toes were injured. He was immediately given medical attention and was taken to a hospital. Three of his toes were severely crushed and hence injured. Doctors advised him rest for a few weeks as his toes were fractured.

Mumbai’s Dharavi like ambiance was created on the sets of ‘Kaala’ and the crew had been canning some fight sequences for the movie when the jeep missed its timing and ran over the actor’s foot. Such things do happen on the sets of films, but it was sensible of the crew to have a medical-help ready on the sets.
