When word came out in Bollywood that Sunny Leone would be making an appearance in an Akshay Kumar movie, the filmmakers seemed very upset about it. The film in question is Singh is Bliing with the lead Akshay donning the avatar of a Sardar.

Even yesterday, the filmmakers are being quite secretive about her presence. When the hero of the film, Akshay Kumar, was asked about how he thought of casting Sunny Leone, his succinct reply was that he didn’t think about casting her. He even asked defensively whether Sunny Leone told us that she was in Akshay’s new film.
Director Prabhudeva also tried to dodge the Sunny Leone question by redirecting us to the producers, but after much prodding, he reluctantly confirmed Leone’s presence in the film, albeit as a cameo appearance.
