Right from the moment the first show of Agnyaathavaasi was concluded, everyone knew it was going to disappoint at the box office. Only people did not realize how big it was going to be, and we have an idea now. It is an epic disappointment for Agnyaathavaasi as it fell short by at least ten crores that the expectations.

The opening day numbers of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan starrer are around twenty-six crores. It is disappointing, to say the least even though it is the record non-Baahubali 2 opening. It is poor because it was expected to get close to Baahubali 2 in a couple of areas.

The worldwide numbers for opening day are close to forty crores. It is mainly due to the phenomenal take-off at the US. Agnyaathavaasi has collected 1.5 Million from premieres alone in the market. The rest of areas too in India and outside the US opened exceedingly well, which took the number close to 40Cr.

Agnyaathaavasi has crashed on the second day. Let us see where it will end up as the run closes post the Sankranthi holidays.
