Akhanda’s OTT Release Date Made Official

Regardless of the rather mixed reviews, Nandamuri Balakrishna‘s Akhanda is going on a dream run at the box office. The film is now set to arrive on OTT.

Akhanda‘s OTT streaming partner, Disney+ Hotstar announced that the film will be made available for streaming on the platform from the 21st of January.

“Hi there! We’re glad to inform you that Akhanda will premier on 21st Jan, 2022. Stay tuned for more updates.” Disney+ Hotstar tweeted.

Akhanda is a proper action-packed commercial potboiler, a genre not particularly well-suited for the OTT space. But what the film does have is Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu mark mass appeal, which might garner it good viewership.

Akhanda is a mass entertainer featuring Balakrishna and Pragya Jaiswal in the central roles. The film is helmed by Boyapati Sreenu.
