The Nampally Court in Hyderabad has issued official legal summons to Telugu cinema actor Allu Arjun, directing him to appear in person for a court hearing on Monday, June 22.
The order comes as part of the ongoing legal proceedings surrounding the tragic stampede incident that took place at the Sandhya Theater.
The Chikkadpally police have formally named Allu Arjun as the eleventh accused person (A11) in their official investigation chargesheet. Meanwhile, the top management and owners of the Sandhya Theater have been listed as the primary accused parties, spanning from position one to ten (A1 to A10).
So far, the local court has issued similar summons to 19 different individuals linked to the theater incident.
The judicial authorities stated that the formal trial and legal examination of the case will officially begin right after the accused individuals make their mandatory personal appearance before the judge on Monday.
